Pasture

A vast flat area behind the ground's keeper home. A fenced in area where herds of animals are kept for various reasons. Some parts are sectioned off, to keep the species that don’t get along separate, but for the most part it is a large grazing plain for the domesticated animals. There are mounds of clay, stone and grass on one side of the pasture. It is said that threstral’s paw around in this area because the students that see them come here to feed them. A family herd of them is almost always in this area and they have since become quite agitated and dangerous to many. This area is strictly off limits. Nearly in the center of the pasture, stones of different sizes and color are positioned in a circle in an area. Larger stones form the outside areas and as they go into the middle the stones become smaller. No one is quite sure what it is thee for yet.
