God, school was going to start soon. It was something that the pink haired teenager was looking foreword to though. It was going to be an amazing year. She had already made a deal with herself that she would cause as much chaos as possible. This meant she would have to stock up on supplies for chaos creating before school started. This of course, meant while she was shopping in Diagon Alley, she would need to stop by her favorite shop. This shop, being none other than the famous Weasley’s Wizard Wheezes.
Ziggareth drifted through Diagon Alley towards her great uncles shop. Perched atop her bare shoulder sat a white ferret, his bright red eyes watching the people as they walked past. Slung over one shoulder was a backpack, full of her text books she had just picked up while on her way to the joke shop. There was still other things she had to get, but she didn’t necessarily have to get them today. Or tomorrow, for that matter. She still had quite a few days to get her things together. It was just easier to try and get things done earlier, as to avoid the crowds of people. In the end, she really doubted that she’d finish her shopping today. Unlike most girls, she really did hate shopping. Sometimes it was okay, but it just depended on what it was for. Text book shopping was not fun, neither was shopping for stupid robes.
Finally, she spied her favorite shop, and she quickly made her way into the building. She slid past a group of girls standing by the door, ignoring the weird looks they gave her. Yeah, whatever, they could stare all they wanted. Ziggy weaved through the crowds of kids standing inside the store, making her way towards the front counter. Tossing her backpack over it, she jumped over the counter, much to the surprise of the person standing behind it. The surprise was quickly taken over by joy as her aunt put the face a name and realized it was Ziggy. ”Hey aunt Roxanne, sup?” The teenager greeted, grinning at her.
”Oh, a little bit of this, and a little bit of that. Why helloo there, Draco.” She greeted, patting the ferret on the head and giving him a scratch behind the ear. ”Hey, I’m going to go out and grab a bite to eat. Mind taking over for a few minutes? I’ll bring you back some chocolate?” Roxanne begged, jutting out her bottom lip at her niece. Chocolate was, and always would be, a huge weakness of Ziggy’s, and her aunt knew it. Waving her hand at the older woman, she rolled her blue eyes at her. ”You have fifteen minutes, if you aren’t back with my chocolate, I swear I’ll leave this store and let all these kids rob it!” No, she really wouldn’t, but it was still fun to say with a deadpan serious face and see how fast her aunt bolted out the front door.
Ziggy sighed, glancing over at Draco as he scurried onto the counter and sat down, watching all the customers examine the products up for purchase. Shifting her weight onto one food, she adjusted the halter top Ramones shirt she was wearing, and then glanced at the clock.
Tick tock, tick tock..14 minutes till she got chocolate..

Crumbling the paper in his hand he threw it on the floor, he sat in the chair of his room, after a few minutes he walked to the paper and looked at it, he got on his knees and huffed. He bit his lower lip and as he inched his hand closer to the paper Teal’c, his cat, jumped on his hand. Tenen caught the fat grey cat in his hands, “Damn it Teal’c, you almost gave me a heart attack!” Tenen didn’t mean to yell, he was breathing fast and short. He cradled the cat in his arms as he stood up, his heart was still beating fast, and his hands would be shaking if it wasn’t for the fact that they were busy. It was a problem Tenen had, he was easily worked up, it wasn’t his fault though, he blamed it on past issues.
Calming himself after thirty minutes of pacing he put Teal’c down on his bed and went to get the letter again, he kneeled down beside it and picked it up, his long fingers stumbling to unscramble it, he smoothed it out on the wooden floor. It was the Hogwarts acceptance letter; it has the list of the supplies for this year. It wasn’t that he hated school, it was just difficult to leave his mother all alone and this letter was cold evidence that he had to leave her.
Hours passed until he decided to go down stairs, his mother excited of course, but he could see the sadness in her eyes. “Honey you need not worry yourself with something so simple as going back to school,” his mother said, Tenen toward over her small frame, he remembered how big and strong his mother looked when he was a little boy, now she was a frail thing. “I know, I know, its just I well school and the…I’m going to go buy the school stuff,” he stumbled over his words not knowing what to say to her, getting out the house at least for a few hours would give him time to think. His mother nodded and gave him some money, and he quickly went back up stairs and changed into black trousers and a yellow t shirt.
With gold in his pocket and the anxiety under control, Tenen set out to go to Diagon Alley. It was packed with witches and wizards of all ages when he walked into the alley, he was starting to feel the pressure, he held his list in his left hand, “Books, um no I’ll wait until later. Robes, do I have to?” he went over the items he needed to buy, he nearly fell when someone pushed him from the back, his letter went flying out of his hand. “Oh no, oh no!” he mumbled to himself running after the paper, he pushed his way between the people and tripped over his feet, landing with his hands under him in front of a store. His palms scratched and irritated, he found the letter just a few inches away, he grabbed it and stood up. Tenen fixed his eyes on the torn paper smeared with his own blood. He managed to grab the attention of a few teenage girls younger than him, they laughed at his little accident.
Tenen glared at his hands and walked straight into the store to hide from the shame, and maybe someone could help his bleeding palms, the store was filled with more teenagers, Tenen looked at the objects in the store, it was now coming together, he had never been able to come in here, though he had heard about this place. “Wow,” his mouth was hanging open as he backed on to the counter, still clutching his letter. No item in this store was on the list, that was for sure, he couldn’t believe he was in Weasley’s Wizard Wheezes shop.

Ziggy watched as the kids flowed in and out of the building, keeping an eye on them all. Occasionally she rang up things people were buying, but for the most part she just kept watch. Idly she reached out and petted Draco, who continued to lay in complete comfort on top of the counter. All in all, it was turning out to be a very dull day behind the counter as she waited for her aunt to return with her chocolate. Though, it was better than walking around the crowded streets of Diagon Alley, thats for sure.
Suddenly a male busted in, catching Ziggy's attention instantly. She quietly watched as he noticed where exactly he was, and his mouth dropped open in awe. A smirk took its place on her lips as she continued watching him. Slowly he backed up, right to the counter. Draco peeked an eye open, checking out the male before going back to sleep. A small laugh escaped Ziggy as she moved closer to the gawking male, poking him gently in the side.
"Watch out, don't drool all over the floor. I'm afraid my aunt would probably make me clean that." She spoke to him, lifting an eyebrow at the same time. "I take it this is your first time in here, then, ey?" It was always obvious when someone new came in. They all acted the same. Either they got really excited, or they gawked, and this guy was on the verge of drooling. Ziggy blinked her blue eyes at him as she waited for an answer. [/blockquote]

Tenen turned around and stared at the girl with wild hair, he quickly closed his mouth, he hadn’t been aware that it was hanging open. The first thought that came to him was that he had made a bad first impression, being that he had gawked at this place like a little five year old in Disneyland. Which reminded him when he was five and his mother and father took him to Disneyland, he liked it and wanted to move there with the entire princess’ and maybe take over the pirate section. At the time Tenen had believed pirates were real, at least the ones at the amusement park, but he also thought he was a muggle, both which were not true. He brought his hand up to his chin to cheek for drool, his hand stung when he did; he looked at his left hand which was scrapped and the blood drying.
“Yes it is my first time, my mum forbade me to come in here since I was little,” he answered her question, he didn’t elaborate on how little he was and now he wished he hadn’t mentioned him not being allowed. He tried to control the blush that was creeping to come and embarrass him. Though as soon as he was thinking that he got distracted by something shiny behind her, it was some kind of flame but it didn’t look real yet it did, he had the urge to touch it and see if it burned. Then something else like sparkles next to it caught his attention, he muttered “Oh pretty.” He was getting lost again, into that special darkness when things didn’t go right, he escaped to his world, Tenen shook his head and looked back at the girl. “What-what was I saying?” he was stumbling over his words again. He felt panic creep up, ‘Was this place always so small? When did it get so filled with people?’ he thought, his face was contorted like he was questioning and trying to figure out the meaning of life.
The letter in his hand was dying as Tenen was squeezing the life out of it, he breathed in and out, the shadows wanted to take over his vision, he hated to see the hallucinations since they always made him lose consciousness. He pushed them away and tried to steady his breathing, “I’m sorry, I’m not normally like this, ok I’m a liar, I am always like this,” he managed to ease himself into breathing normally. So much for making friends, he ran a hand through his curly hair, he hadn’t bothered to jell it back today, it was no use anyway, he was lazy and that’s how he liked it.

A single eyebrow lifted at the male as he turned around and answered her question. As he spoke, confusion slammed into the girl head on. He had been forbidden to come into the shop? Though she knew the shop was quite dangerous and inappropriate, she hadn’t heard of such a thing! Most of the wizards loved the store, parents and children a like. Though, muggle born children might be a tad different. Was this guy a muggle born child or something? ”Well, that’s a shame. You’ve missed out. I’ve come here ever since I was a bun in the oven.” She said, smiling brightly at the male. He looked older than her though, was he? Hmm.
Though, suddenly it seemed like the males attention was caught by something behind her. Turning her head, she looked behind her, her confusion only growing as she spotted nothing but a wall behind her. Then he muttered something was pretty, was he talking about the wall? Her bright blue eyes narrowed slightly as she looked back at the male, wondering what in the world he was seeing that she wasn’t. Maybe he had a fancy for walls? All of a sudden he seemed to snap back into reality, stumbling over words that made no sense. ”Huh? I don’t know..” She honestly, was extremely confused at the moment. Was there something wrong with this guy?
Slowly her attention shifted downwards towards his hands, noticing the tight grip on the piece of paper. His hands were covered in dried blood too. Ziggy leaned foreword, eyeing his hands before looking back up at the male as he spoke. ”Uhm..whats going on? Why are your hands all bloody?” She quietly asked, blinking at him multiple times. There just had to be something wrong with this kid. Hopefully he didn’t pull out his wand and attack her though. Man, that would just make her day. Then her aunt would owe her ten times the amount of chocolate. [/blockquote]

He could see the look in her eyes, he needed to stop acting weird or for sure he would be committed, though he didn’t blame her if she did send him to the loony bin. Tenen looked down at his hands and saw the letter, he loosened his grip, “Uh I tripped and scrapped my palms, I was,” he cleared his throat, “I was chasing the paper because it has the list of everything I need for this up coming year.” The first three years had been fun at school, he learned so much but it wasn’t until his fourth year that the hallucinations started playing tricks with his mind, he lost friends and even his marks went down. “My name is Tenen Piller,” he introduced himself, extending his hand and quickly took it back noticing the dried blood and scratches.
Too bad he couldn’t perform magic yet or he would have cleaned his hands up. He stole a quick glance behind her and saw that the blue flame and sparkle were gone, ‘How odd,’ he thought, he could have sworn they were there just a minute ago. Tenen put the letter in his pocket; a cold shiver took him over. He closed his eyes…
There was danger, the shadows he could hear them hissing! Something dark, like the devil himself was coming and destruction. Tenen gasped for air and his body slid down the counter and onto the floor, his heart beat fast and he had broken into a cold sweat, he couldn’t understand why he was imagining all this stuff, it made no sense to him. The thick thudding sound of his blood bumping faster to his brain was enough to make him scream, it was happening again, the dreams now jumped out of the dream world and into reality. He felt like he had been running, trying to escape it, reality what seemed harder and harder to grasp.
Tenen opened his eyes and he was standing in front of the counter as if he had not moved and inch, had this been another of the allusions? What seemed like hours to him had been only seconds. He felt nervous, though not of the girl with the wild hair but what he had just been through. He regretted not staying home, if this was the first sign of what life could be then he wished to go back into a hole and hide from it, hide from the shadows that always seemed to take over his mind.

Salvation is only a prayer away...
[/b][/left] {[since Zig was running short on muse, I decided to post here to keep things going. :3]} The dove fluttered her wings softly as a gust of wing brushed over them. Yemon had thought he was done with this place. Come to find out, he needed to pick up a few more things for school, not to mention muggle remedies for having a chunk missing from your arm included lots of needles. He wasn't a doll, so he wasn't about to get stitched up. With the thought, the hand from the opposite arm lifted and grasped at the spot softly. He hadn't expected to get out with such a tiny price to pay. He'd been yelled at four hours that night. It was the first time that anyone in his family had shown such true fear. Even his asshole of a cousin had the wide-eyed look of fear. Yemon hadn't thought about something like that happening when he left. What was he supposed to have done? Let them take him? He was told he wasn't going to leave the house alone, yet here he was wondering through Digaon alley for the second time this summer, alone. He had to get out of that suffocating place. Blue eyes darted from one face to another, as if looking for some form of familiarity. Perhaps he was. He wasn't entirely sure what he was doing anymore. So much had happened in such a short time. He was still angry as hell at Ire's cowardly antics. Though it was expected of her, he never thought she'd really leave them for dead. Sure she had fought off some of those so called death eaters; but if she had known they were there would she have still gone? He didn't think so. He was pretty sure she'd have chosen another spot and dispersed faster then an ice cube on the sun. His lip curled up at the thought. Even though he was pissed, he couldn't bring himself to hate her. It would just take some time for him to be glad to see her surviving face, instead of wanting smack it. Not that he would. He didn't believe it hitting women; but that was entirely not the point. A soft whisper seemed to flow on the wind. Yemon rather liked the coolness of the breeze. He also enjoyed that Diagon alley was pretty packed today. Mary didn't like it so much. She kept puffing herself up like a fat little pigeon before rearranging herself and fluttering out of frustration. Yemon felt a swell of hope inside when the alley was like this. It made him feel like the war was just a passing thing. The pain in his arm brought him back, reminding him just how serious it really was. Removing his hand from the wound finally, he turned a small corner. If he were lucky he'd run into Ziggy over at the joke shop. The area in front of the shop was crowded as always. As last minute school shopping was in full swing, Yemon vaguely recognized some faces lined up in front. Not that he CARED to know them, but after years of going to a school with the same people some of them just imprinted on his memory. As he tried to squeeze his way about, someone rushed past him. In their hurry, they had jabbed a bony elbow into Yemon's sore arm. In frustration, Yemon grunted and began to boulder through people. He felt a little sorry when he knocked a boy to his knees, a piece of parchment fluttering from his hands. He could have apologized, but he really didn't see the point. Shrugging, he made his way to the shop again, only to get caught by the arm again. He turned and snarled. His face softened a bit though, once he saw the girl withdraw like she had just touched a rabid cat. "Yes?"Yemon inquired. His eyebrows both lifting as his face shifted into a curious expression. She looked vaguely familiar. Did he know her? Mary tried to puff herself up more, her coos making obvious objecting rasps. The girl looked from the angry glaring bird to Yemon a few times before stuttering. Yemon thought it was quite pathetic, but kept a friendly face on. He was positive he'd get sick and toss up his last meal into his mouth if she tried to flirt with him. "i..i..is...is it..t..true..? Are...are you..are you...?"Yemon's nostrils flared, but other then that, he showed no change in expression. He felt himself already bored with this...oh yes, that is where he knew her, she was a Ravenclaw as well, a year younger. He laughed inwardly. She definitely wasn't showing her smarts right now, was she? Mary looked as if she were about to pop. The whole situation looked like it was going to get messy. Still he bared it. If he could fake it in the muggle world, he could do it here in front of a simple girl. "Well..I...I...I heard..you...you..you were...that you didn't..umm...lets go in here!"The girl grabbed Yemon's sore arm again and drug him past a few people. His heels dug into the ground a little, trying to resist. "Woah! Hold on a second! You could just ask. You don't just kidnap people!"The girl froze for a second, her body shivering some. Was she really about to cry? Yemon let out a sigh. This was utterly pathetic. Snatching his arm from her, he stepped beside her. She was frowning and looking down, as if in deep thought. He half wondered if he could break loose and get out of her reach again. The crowd was too thick for that. He could feel the bandage under his shirt soaking itself in his blood. All those tugs to the tender healing flesh was causing it to bleed again. Great. He inhaled sharply just as Mary let out a loud yelping coo. The girl jumped and grabbed onto Yemon's arm again, dragging him straight into the shop. Wonderful. Like he needed Ziggy to see some pyscho chick holding him captive. Actually... He smiled and didn't resist. This could actually be quite interesting. Once inside the drug him behind a group of people before he could see who was working. The group was all slumped over or stretched up looking at the products. Shit. They were nearly hidden from view. The girl finally let go of his arm, and he withdrew it fairly quickly. She looked up at his face, his blue eyes catching her brown ones. She turned a deep shade of red before her face tucked into her chest. Great. she really was trying to be flirty. He accidentally let out a snort and rolled his eyes. Placing a hand in his pocket he looked up at the ceiling and let out a low groan. He'd been avoiding this for years. Why did it have to happen now? Karma. It was bad Karma from the other night. Bring back the dark lord and stupid pre-teens will try to get into your pants. Damnit. "Will..will you..."Mary had heard enough, and the white bird huffed and took to the air, fluttering over to the counter. With any luck, she'd bitch loud enough to get someone to check it out and interrupt her. Hopefully Ziggy'd be around, then this whole mess would get fixed pretty quick. His foot tapped slightly, the crowd suddenly breaking off and heading off in other directions. As if it were the last bit of courage the girl had she sputtered and blurted out, her words jumbled. "Ireallylikeyouwillyougooutwithme?"Yemon blinked a few times. The bile in his stomach churned. Was she serious? No. No, she couldn't be. Yemon did not date. Yemon did not look at women that way. Yemon didn't look at ANY[/b]thing that way. The burning in his throat told him that he was in fact about to get sick. He felt a heat rise inside of him. He was not going to give himself to some little twit! How dare she have been so stupid to think such a thing? He withdrew his hand from hi pocket, a familiar silver cross vile coming with it. The top opened with a stop suction sound and he began to toss the contents onto her. "Evil temptress! Thou hast no right to try and cage a man of god! Thine evil ways shalt not tempt mine pure heart! AWAY WITH THEE! I cleanse thee of thou demonic thoughts!"The girl flinched from the water, her arms lifting to block it from touching her face. As Yemon finished and placed the flask back, he was surprised to have the fool latch onto his lower stomach. He was going to be sick he really was. Someone.was.touching.him. He shivered a little as his skin covered itself in bumps. If she didn't let go, he was sure he was going to kill her. Just jab his wand into her ear. If that would work, she seemed to not have a brain, despite being in Ravenclaw. His blue eyes rolled to the side and caught sight of Ziggy conversing with a boy; from the looks the same one he'd pushed. He made a mental note to apologize if he didn't die from exposure to a horny girl. Mary had plopped herself onto the counter and was as fat as ever, the brows of the dove pulled together in a very pissed off expression. Yemon's skin had taken on a shade of green. Karma was a bitch. All you need do, is fall to your knees. [/b][/color][/right] [/size] [/blockquote][/blockquote]

Ziggy tilted her head as she listened to the male and his story of how he hurt his palms. ”Aw..that sucks. Here..I’ll help you out.” She offered, taking out her wand. Then she grabbed his hands, flipping them over so his palms were up. Ziggy then pointed the wand tip at his scrapped palms, muttering a few words. The skin tightened, healing over completely and completely clean. With a content smile, she shoved her wand back away. Of course, had the ministry been in business still, such a thing would have been illegal. It was gone though, so she had nothing to worry about. ”There, all better.” Ziggy looked back up at the male, continuing to smile as he introduced himself. ”Nice to meet you. I’m Ziggy Lupin.”
She then watched quietly as he closed his eyes, for several seconds. It was awkward, and Ziggy wasn’t quite sure what to make of the guy. Tilting her head, she blinked at Tenen. He didn’t say anything though, so she wasn’t quite sure what to say. ”Are you okay?” She questioned, blinking once more. There had to be something wrong with this guy. That was the only conclusion she could come to, and the only one that made sense. This whole thing was getting quite awkward, and fast.
Suddenly a bird landed on the counter, catching her attention in a second. Draco lifted his head and peering over at the angry bird. ”Crazy bird angry! Bible Thumper here too!?” The jarvey spoke, climbing to his feet and walking along the counter, patrolling as he looked for Yemon. ”FREAK! Bible Thumper!” He announced, rushing back to Mary. Ziggy blinked at the bird, confused on why she looked so angry. ”Aw, whats wrong Mary?” She asked, then looked up and around the store for her dear friend. Something had to be off for the male to not be at the counter with his bird.
Once she caught sight of Yemon, laughter escaped her lips. The poor boy had a girl hanging all over him. Aw, her heart went out to her best friend, who looked very sick. ”Excuse me for a moment, Tenen?” Without waiting for an answer, the girl climbed over the counter and screamed loudly. ”YEEE Love!” Quickly, the girl marched across the room and approached the two. A dangerous glare was shot at the girl attached to Yemon as she struck up the role of evil shop keeper/girlfriend. ”I’ve been looking all over for youuu. You’re late for our date! You promised we could go get something fancy to eat for our 1 year anniversary!”
Normally, Ziggy was one of the nicest persons around, but that didn’t mean she didn’t have a mean side to her. She slowly let her bright blue eyes change colors, darkening by the second as she looked the girl up and down. ”Do you mind getting your hands off my boyfriend?” At this point, Draco scurried over, standing on the ground by the three, glaring up at the random girl. ”get chur hands off her man, FILTHY WASTE!” The jarvey shrieked, pointing a clawed finger at the girl before hissing.
